Art Group Sessions Start Tuesday 13th May 2025

We are really excited to be starting our Art Group sessions again on Tuesday 13th May 2025!

Our Art Group is a non-judgmental, welcoming group for adults with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) to be creative. The groups focus on exploring and celebrating the positive aspects of participants' lives, rather than as therapy sessions to address difficulties. In the art group, we create art that expresses our qualities, interests, quirks, happy memories, and more. In the writing group, we engage in games, writing exercises, discussions, and other activities to produce writing that expresses our individuality and helps with emotion regulation.

• No prior artistic skill or experience is necessary for attendance!

• It is completely free and is open to anyone over 18 who has a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) / Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

• We start back on Tuesday 13th May 2025 from 3pm-4.30pm. Sessions will then run every 4 weeks.

• Groups take place here at Borderline Arts - 119 Osmaston Road, Derby, DE1 2GD (opposite Ozzy Road Church).
