I have lived in Wirksworth for nearly 20 years now. It's home to me now.

Why did you choose to volunteer at Borderline Arts?
I first came to Borderline Arts as a participant in the arts group. I have benefited so much, I wanted to contribute and help out.

What is your role in Borderline Arts?
I provide IT support to the other volunteers.

What is your occupation outside Borderline Arts?
I'm retired now (early due to ill health).

How long have you volunteered with Borderline Arts?
Starting in April 2026.

What is your favourite colour?
I really don't know, I struggle with the concept of favourite.

What’s one of your favourite places in the world?
Other than Wirksworth, it would have to be Wroclaw in Poland. It's where I met my wife.

I only got diagnosed as neurodivergent after I’d retired.

Two guinea pigs, so cute.
