Shona has had a great deal of experience in theatre/performance, is a mum of two and has a diagnosis of BPD. She studied at Stella Mann performing arts college and performed across the country in various shows. She was a performer, but is now retired due to injury, however she still sings. 

She currently works for the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation trust in the support services side, and has also volunteered doing peer support work. She volunteers with us in our film team, advising and contributing her extensive knowledge and understanding of both theatre and life with BPD.
